Please try again later. By Sn0wWhiteQu33n on September 22, I loved reading about Annette and her achievement to loosing weight. The recipes are awesome, a great variety of foods have been written into the book.
The 28 day diet is to hard to follow, each week the foods that are needed for the diet kept changing week by week. Most grocery stores sell foods in a bulk form. So for example you need potato, but only get 5oz of it because you won't touch potato again until the next week. The rest of the breakfasts were good. Her book says to buy 3 types of cereal throughout the entire 28 days, eg: I found to combine the all bran and high fiber cereal in one by getting Fiber One cereal they make a 80 calorie Dairy Free cereal that is both fiber and all brand.
The other issue I do have with the book, is that the recipes are for large family's, I'm in a family of 3, and many recipes are for 4 - 8 people -would of like to see the book say for both on how to make for 8 people as well as 1 person, but leftover are never wasted in my home, which is why I say the 28day diet is a bit hard to follow, because her recipes are to large if only 1 person is on the diet.
Otherwise I follow the recipes and now plan my 2 weeks based upon her book recipes and not the diet plan, and I'm loosing weight just fine. Was this review helpful to you? The recipes are very tasty.
