Curious if anyone has noticed if the rates for cash exchange are better or worse at the airport versus waiting until you get into bangkok city and find a bank? Logic tells me the rates at the airport would be worse as they know you just got off the plane and need money, so maybe waiting until you get into the city and finding a bank is better? You get the same rates at the airport as you do in the city.
There is no advantage to waiting until you arrive in town and they are open 24 hours a day just like the Airport. The rate that these banks offer at Suvarnabhumi is the same rate offered at ALL their other branches through-out Thailand , at that point of time. No its not worth it. Superrich is the name of one of the very few private forex outlets in the city.
